Both Daniel and Gavin at CVO Fire were extremely helpful both prior to purchase and after when I had questions on fitment. The fire itself a bio ethanol strip fire is perfect for the effect we were looking for without the need of a gas supply or flue.

Spoke to Sean prior to buying who was very helpful and sent a full installation manual so we were aware of exactly what was required to install the fire. The fire turned up via special delivery and was superbly packed.
Installation went according to plan, we had a problem with our chimney internal dia which turned out to be the same as the fire, but with help from Gavin in the tech department it was sorted.
Commissioned yesterday looks lovely just what we wanted.
Great company a pleasure to do business with.

From the visit to the showroom, through to delivery, the whole experience with CVO and Daniel has been first class. The communication was top notch and we were kept informed throughout. Daniel even took my phonecall one evening when he should have probably been on his way home, excellent customer service & quality product, just love our ribbon fire. Shocking service!

Purchased a beautiful gas fire from CVO and was unable to install until a later date due to building being behind schedule.
Re realised it was not able to instal due to the flu requirements.
The most unhelpful/rude customer service team would not help us.
Fire is still in its packaging but due to being over 14 days from delivery they did NOT want to know us.
DO NOT SHOP WITH CVO FIRES

I visited the Spirit (CVO) showroom to view their range of outdoor fireplaces.

An appointment was arranged with Daniel Smith (sales consultant) who upon arrival made us feel very welcome.

I was very impressed with amount of knowledge and advice provided via Daniel to allow us to view the options and ultimately allow us to choose/purchase a suitable outdoor fire.

We have now received the unit, giving the level service from Daniel and his colleagues I would not hesitate in recommending him or his team.
