i recently bought a fire from cvo. I had some initial telephone conversations and e-mails with Rob from cvo. He was very helpful knowledgeable and informative. I went to the showroom to complete my purchase and was impressed by the service shown by Rob and his colleague and happy with the advice given
I am looking forward to fitting my new fire and if needed Rob has assured me i can contact them if i need any further help or advice which is reassuring

Very helpful service, from the first discussion when we outlined our vision for a bioethanol fireplace to the delivery. We wanted to add side panels as per some of the photos on the website, Sean was very knowledgeable and able to suggest how this "look" could be achieved in the most cost effective manner. Couldn't be happier with the end result.
