this website is a scam. i placed an order but when i opened my account i didn't find the order and its been a month now and i didn't receive anything and when i contacted them through the chat, they poorly responding and when i asked them to cancel they said they will send my inquiry to the responsible team and will get back to me through e-mail but nothing received from them. i kept contacting through the chat an every time they give me the same answer .

"Absolute scammers and frauds"

Absolute scammers and frauds. They will take your money and that's all they are gone. No tracking number, fake contact numbers, customer service with bunch of liars. Stay away from this website.

"Horrible services"

Horrible services, took 2 months to get a delivery while I canceled my order. I had to send them several times the screenshot of the cancelation as proof, because they kept to sent me updates by emails. I'm still waiting of my refund, they kept to say that they are proceeding of the refund since 2 weeks while it is supposed to have already been settled!!

"They are frauds "

They are frauds , I ordered a face cream and paid Aed 177. After a week of delivery date I called their customer service and they said the cream is out of stock and they will refund my money and they sent me email regarding that. When I confirm refund the money they are not replying to email anymore. Don’t buy anything from them. You will loose your money for sure

"Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!"

I placed an order for car oil over two months ago, and to this day, I have received nothing. No product, no update, and worst of all – no refund. I’ve followed up multiple times, and the customer service is either unresponsive or gives false promises.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They happily took my money and disappeared. Do not trust this company – they are unreliable and clearly don’t care about customers.

Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable seller. This one is a total disaster.

This people are total scam.. do not trust and pay your money because you will neither get your product nor the money back.
I had ordered something on 14.02.2025 which was suppose to be delivered in a week's time and I am here to 17.04.2025 where I do not have the product nor my money which I am chasing to get since march 2025.

Just avoid them so that u don't suffer as I am right now
