The measure of a good retailer is their ability to respond when something goes wrong.
In my case the 500kg delivery of oak I had ordered did not arrive on the date specified, and whilst OakMax are not directly responsible for the courier they are responsible for making sure the goods arrive.
OakMax responded very well and were very apologetic, they quickly identified the problem, rang me back when they said they would, and the delivery was rearranged to my satisfaction.
The quality of the oak purchased from OakMax was exceptional, exactly as ordered and I am very happy with my purchase and the service from OakMax.
