This company is great all round. Website easy for ordering, communication very good, delivery prompt on pallets, oak product is excellent. I was apprehensive about the quality of oak but it's all very dense/heavy. Oakmax videos are on YouTube.

A good price and very quick delivery.
One criticism I have is the size of the delivery wagon. I anticipated the posts coming on a tail lift vehicle but it was a humungous curtain-sider so we had to manhandle the posts from chest height from the side of the trailer and slide them on to a small trailer. The driver did help us though.

Timber is top quality. Very satisfied with this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Great quality and customer service. The delivery driver was also very helpful and polite. The reason for taking a star off is they could really do with a lorry with an arm to help unload the oak as we had a big order that had to be carried off. Other than that, can’t fault it 😊
