"Good product but terrible delivery"

Good product but terrible delivery. I gave very clear delivery instructions not to send this order on a big lorry. Huge lorry arrives could not get up the drive. Driver said he was only kerbside. Driver and I had to unload very heavy beams from lorry and carry up to the destination. I have a fused spine. Not happy with this delivery. Product ok.

Dealing with OakMax was an excellent experience from start to finish. The website is well laid out and has informative. Ordering process very simple and the products received were an accurate reflection of what was on sale on the website. Delivery was spot on and the driver helped with unloading.

Pricing was extremely good and much cheaper than my local wood yard.

The icing on the cake was a follow up call from Dinu to ensure all went well with the order.
