Went to collect and was told by email I would be given a hand to load my van… no one helped just left me too it.
On checking the oak I got I found bowed boards and some missing wood on a long edge.. not the quality that’s shown on the website.

Excellent service, communication was fabulous and the delivered product (35 boards of 200mm x 30mm x 3 metres oak) was top quality. Description was fresh sawn so I expected 50% > moisture content so was pleasantly surprised at 18-23%. This is low enough to put straight into my kiln and I should have workable stable timber in around 4 weeks.

Will definitely use these guys again for future projects. Keep up the good work 👏

Quality of service and product. Only issue was delivery service first there was piece missing. Next delivery was before time slot so no one in so they left it in public footpath

Wood is excellent quality. Yes a slight bit of bending on a few but that’s wood. Gave it four stars as would not have been able to get it off lorry with just two people. Luckily I had tractor with front loader to get them off. Be aware this wood is much heavier than expected
