"The product is great"

The product is great. We were building a porch and a post was bowed which we returned. Oakmax promptly replaced the posts. Can't praise the service enough.
Have used them before and would highly recommend them.

Oak sleepers and planks were delivered as promised, overall very pleased with the quality. We did receive
2 slightly bowed planks but customer service were excellent and these were replaced within 48 hrs without
any problem. Would definately buy from OakMax again.

Great product delivered on the first day of the week commencing dates. Special mention to the driver who delivered the product who was very helpful when delivering.

I ordered OakMax arranged delivery, what more to say? However the product was good, the delivery was "interesting" - the pallet being 2 inches wider than the exit width!...

Great quality product, only negative is the courier didn't call before arriving so the wife was forced to help unload.

The sleepers are pretty much as expected and you would have got a higher mark but they were delivered by a company with no means of getting them off the lorry . For something of that size the lorry should have a crane or a forklift and technically until its on my property is it really delivered

I can’t think of a way to make it better. I was fully aware the grade of timber that I was purchasing.

Although not part of Oakmax, the delivery was handled extremely well
