ACI were very helpful and we came to a mutually acceptable agreement for a long standing debt. I have dealt with other debt companies before and they weren’t as understanding. It’s not nice getting in debt but aci we’re kind and understanding.

ACI are the latest scam company chasing a statue barred debt from 2011, and in a surname I haven't used in 10 years. They'll send round their henchmen Perchverify to try and scare you into setting up a payment plan. It's just as well I know the law, because they don't seem to and don't follow the FCA guidelines.
So I'll just add, your letters go in the bin, as I'm not interested in whatever reduced amount your offering OR any of your threats. And send your henchmen to my address again and I'll take it further.
The review about the wheelchair incident just shows you the type of people you are, compassion it seems you don't have any, and preying on the vulnerable is an all time low. Every letter you send, I'll be leaving a bad review every time as your 5* ones are fake as with every other DCA's.
The pennies you paid for this old debt is yours, so you can keep it as I'm not vulnerable and im not stupid either.

The company was very helpful with during with my problem. Demi was very helpful sorting out my account. She was very knowledgeable on how to sort out the problems I had with my online with my account.

"ACI are scam debt collectors"

ACI are scam debt collectors. They use 0333 phones numbers to phone. Will leave a voicemail saying they want to speak to you about a personal matter but they don't say who they want to talk to or what the matter is! 0333 numbers are used from oversea. A small company based in Blackpool wouldn't use such numbers. Their website is fake as are the positive reviews on Trustpilot! They wrote them! None of the positive reviews actually say what ACI helped the client with. Just says how great they are and such nice people. Always comments about the same people. One positive review mentions a woman from ACI calling from Africa! Come on! No debt collection agency has a call centre in Africa. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM! Note to ACI you have been reported for fraud to the authorities. You will be shut down soon.

"I’m having a nightmare with these at…"

I’m having a nightmare with these at the min.
They are claiming I owe over £400 for a payment assist where car parts were taken out on finance from a garage in Liverpool but I’m from the north east of England, it doesn’t make any sense for me to take a car that far away for car parts. This finance got taken out years ago and I reported it as fraud to my bank to which they refunded my money.
Yet having been on the Phone many times to ACI they are saying that I’m lying and that I owe this debt. I recently got gift a £50 reward from ACI the way one of their team members spoke to me and was saying things such as “we will send the correct people to your address”
Twice I’ve now reported this to the fraud police and provided ACI with a crime reference number yet still I get countless phone calls, emails and letters saying I owe this debt.
I feel pressured and bullied the way they can just go on with people over the phone and letter especially when I’ve gone the right way about things such as reporting it to the fraud police.
I’m not one for having debt I’ve never had to take finance out for car parts.
I really feel stressed everytime I’m receiving one of their letters or phone calls.
If anyone has any advice about the best way to go about things I’d be grateful
