The lady I spoke to was absolutely amazing. Very calm, explained everything in great detail and managed to set up payments with no stress for either of us. She was happy to let me ramble and have a laugh in the process, with misheard words and just a fun sense of humor. This, for me added to the relaxed and calm call.

Keenan was utterly rude, indiscreet, and insensitive towards me and my financial situation. Multiple times, when HE got the details incorrect, I was asked if I was “lying on purpose”. Absolutely disgraceful service which made me feel even worse about my financial situation.
