This company works out of offices in South Africa. They spoof Uk mobile’s illegally so you think it’s a friend or family. They do this constantly and even after 8 pm(illegal in UK law). I have reported them to the CEO. I suggest you do the same as they act illegally

Got woken up at 8am to a phone call from aci. Heavy breathing and masturbatory noises. Tried making a complaint and had to shout and ball down the phone to speak to a manager.

This is the problem with British companies outsourcing employment to foreign countries. They don't have the same education. They don't have the same morality.

After my conversation with Natalie on 8th April I was left feeling disappointment upset and anger at the way I was not listened too within call. I gave proof that eon-next had made a mistake when they created two account numbers for the same address, yet I am still expected to pay or send more proof instead of eon-next just checking their records as they have done in the past. Very poor from both parties
