I received exactly the car I booked in a very clean & good condition for a fair price. The return went smooth eventhough it was outside the std. office hours. Also the communication via whatsapp was great.

I rented a car for 5 days. Both the collection and the return went well. When I picked up the car, I was asked to take photos of the car so that both parties were on the safe side. I returned the car with a full tank of gas and washed it. Apart from one or two small "communication problems", everything was great.

"Kratzer an der Palstikradkappe !"

Wir hatten einen Ford Fiesta gemietet über Check 24. Bei der Rückgabe wurden Minikratzer an der vorderen Plastikradkappe entdeckt und dokumentiert. Dafür sind mir 80€ von der Kaution abgezogen worden. Das finde ich völlig unverhältnismäßig. Der ganze Plastikradkappensatz kostet ca. 80 €. Den Schaden werde ich über Check 24 einreichen und hoffe er wird mir erstattet. Also bitte, wer hier ein Auto mietet sollte unbedingt Schäden an den Radkappen beim Empfang der Fahrzeuge dokumentieren. Zudem nervt die Tankregelung, weil man immer zuviel tankt als wie bei der Übergabe drin war. Und natürlich die Vollkaskoversicherung, die einem noch zusätzlich aufgeschwatzt werden soll, die aber gar nicht notwendig ist, weil diese durch Check 24 abgedeckt ist. Ich hoffe das auch in meinem Fall.
