At first So Energy were good but they regularly want to raise the direct debit payment. I do not have gas any longer but still they charge me for gas.
Unlike other suppliers, they do not have a special tarrif for electric vehicle owners.
Trying to contact them on snt easy as they only have their phone lines manned 9 to 5. With work, it's not always possible to talk to them during these hours. I tried using the online contact form but it just says there was a problem and doesn't send the message.
