"Great if all goes without problem!!"

Following advice to take meter reading on 21 month did so today - submitted my export reading to be asked to take photo from meter as it had been remotely accessed on 19th (and guess what the sun has shone over past few days) - if I do not need to take readings please tell me - I accept that the meter you have had installed does not cover gas as the meters are too far apart. Perhaps the IHD needs to be updated to include Export data? Anyway, as I am old I have to lie down on floor to read the meter; to get up is very uncomfortable to have to do it twice is unacceptable. As such I withdraw my consent for you to take remote meter readings. I will take photos on first reading in future and submit - unless you can give me better advice? Also look forward to a reply from my email of 6 March and todays of 21 April.

all my previous providers ran up huge credits and held onto them, scottish power held £1400 until i changed to you. then you amazed me by accepting i was running up £800+ and made the great move to lower my payments to use up the credit. for that reason you have my confidence to remain faithful to you.
