Been with SO ENERGY for a number of years and have always found them to be 100% reliable and, even more importantly, on the odd occasion I have had to contact them by phone I have been able to speak to somebody that speaks English that I can understand, not often the case with many other companies.

Oh my life what a shower of...,an 8 week complaint notification still outstanding a number of emails sent no reply, after a getting a smart meter eventually sorted after 3 visits and me alter the cupboard to sort it as the engineer was clueless... a bill I debt by 6K and me trying to pay it, a wrongly estimated bill, a 3 k bill in credit and unable yo get the credit back, a compensation payment never received not once but twice, just awful service... just reply to people and see through what you say you will do, just waiting for my deal to expire so I can bail out, it's that bad I'd rather pay more than stay, I know so energy won't reply this is to warn other customers

"Unsatisfactory and disappointing "
Signing up with So energy has been problematic from the outset. Incorrect start date, multiple communications to provide evidence of the moving in date and now requests for meter readings and not possible to submit gas reading. Unsure if the fixed tariff agreed is in place, online portal not updated either, most stressful and unsatisfactory.

So Energy are quite categorically the worst energy company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.
Suffice to say, I will never use again, and I will never recommend So Energy to anyone.
