Appalling customer service. I was put on a different tariff than agreed. Raised a complaint and was told I'd get a response within 5 days, got no response. I had to call SO 4/5 times before getting resolution

Customer Service is poor. The general administration appears to be amateurish. Outward signs of a failing company? They did eventually resolve my simple problem - the key here seems to be to send all correspondence to the CEO (his email address is available on their website). But what could have been settled in five minutes took five weeks.

well when your firm called me they said i could save money and they told me the rates day rate and night cheaper cant see why two rates being charged as have no storage cheater so why was my rates higher in the day and cheaper at night as use more elec in day so please exsplian how and why this is
