The representative was very polite and responsive but be careful when using this site. . I unintentionally signed up for more access than I needed and this was cleared up quickly in the chat. I expected to be charged $9 and was ultimately charged $20 and woukd have been charged more if I had not called. I was also not sent a receipt which would have alerted me more quickly.. Be very careful when using this site.

The report was fine, and despite my being careful to sign up only for a single report, I was 2 days later charged $20 (out of $60) for upto 60 reports. I chatted with then online, and had it cancelled. But it seems wrong, S I was initially charged the $1 for the single report, so it's illogical I'd then be charged the $60. Just be careful I guess when ordering from this site. Other than that, info was good.
