I am giving 5 stars for customer service. I used this site once and was under the impression I would be charged just $2.00 to view a property’s information.

I then later realized I was being charged $20 a month for a membership. I am not sure why this occurred but nevertheless, I chatted with their customer support team, and it was resolved in less than a minute.

Mistakes happen, and for me it’s how a company responds to determine the integrity of the company. This is a company that cares about their reputation. I also got the info I needed when I used the one time service.

I needed to cancel my account as I completed my project. I contacted Propertyrecs on line and Amy was very helpful and was able to cancel my account on the spot. The information I needed to gather was thorough and helpful. I appreciate their customer service and the thoroughness of their product.

The site itself is decent. Some inaccurate info is on there but was good for what I needed it for. The log in is a little odd and there's no clear way to access your own dashboard. You have to chat with someone to stop the service.
