I saw this rug online and knew it was just perfect for our room but it had sold out! I spoke to Urvashi from Jaipur rugs who was so very helpful and had one made in the colours I wanted. The customer service was exceptional, Urvashi texted me several times with updates and a video of the rug when it was finished. When the rug arrived it was well packaged and everything I hoped it would be, such good quality. I was nervous about buying online from India as it couldn’t be returned but I am so delighted with it. "It’s beautiful but it sheds."

It’s beautiful. Soft and thick. My only complaint is that it sheds a lot. Every time my daughter sits on it her clothing end up covered and we need a lint brush. It also has clogged our vacuum several times. Hopefully over time this will lessen.
