I bought an amazingly beautiful rug from Jaipur Rugs!! It is an Indian company based out of Jaipur. After much contemplation we went for it. It is every bit worth the price and wait. I highly recommend it.

I bought a rug from Jaipur rugs, which is based in India..I wasn't happy with the colour and wanted to exchange it. The boss was very helpful and let me choose another one. I'm looking forward to receiving it!

"Could be a scam"

Bought a rug from Jaipur Rugs to be shipped to Australia. Was told 3 weeks after purchase that the rug didn't meet "quality standards" so it would not be shipped. I was told that a refund would be sent and to wait 5-7 business days. Refund never received. After sending a threatening email and PayPal payment request, I received my money. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, so would have been able to get my money back even if they didn't provide a refund. Really unimpressed and feel like they would have scammed me were it not for PayPal. 100% avoid.
