I visited the showroom before ordering a special piece of furniture I had in mind. All staff were warm and friendly and helpful. The products in show were inspiring and top end. The prices seemed reasonable too! The personal service shown to me was excellent! I shall definitely revisit and highly recommend a look!

"AVOID AT ANY COST"

I have ordered furniture and TV Panel installation of around 30k£. Over last 4 months it has been a nightmare to deal with these guys. I am left with a damaged wall with 15 holes in it. Ordered a ceramic wall Panel. They visited my property more than 5-6 times and now they came and after drilling holes in the wall realised they don’t have screw , then they also said that TV should not be mounted on this ceramic wall as it can fall down …. No idea what’s going on … I am going to get my lawyers involved now.
Avoid these guys at any cost …. Same furniture’s are available from other retailers …

It’s quite a while ago but I bought two beautiful Flos table lamps from FCI London. Sanjay gave us a very good price and when I went to collect them was surprised to see such a huge showroom, with so many high-end ranges of furniture and lighting. I will certainly be back.

What does it mean when FCI emails me after applying for a job that they’ll email soon with details of ‘ ‘You will shortly be receiving an email with the position’s Remuneration Package, Benefits, and Application Form.’ But then don’t and block me on WhatsApp lolololo….
