Where do I start … well on first finding FCI I was blown away and didn’t know how I didn’t know about this hidden gem before now… just walking into the showroom is breathtaking and I am into design and decorated many places over the years and know design and quality when I see it … absolutely stunning pieces for all rooms in a house with every sample known to mankind ready to see onsite so you can choose from glass type to colour to ceramics to stone marble to even stitching colours and styles so it becomes your own bespoke piece to your unique design and the service you get is second to none Rohan was so helpful and really knew his stuff even down to the CAD layout of each room and Prosecco as well … he designs many places and full of advice and was always fast to reply if I had any questions can’t praise him enough but everyone seemed very helpful in FCI wish I had found this place sooner .. very impressed and now I have the sofa of my dreams and made to measure everyone comes round just to see it and all who have seen ask me where I got it … and now have a a bed and side tables on order too… just can’t say enough about this place 10/10 👌🤩

We were new to London and stumbled on FCI by chance. Good fortune for us as they had exactly what we were looking for, a table that was stylish and modern. The service was very friendly and efficient. Definitely go back if we are in the market for new furniture

We had a very good experience dealing with FCI, Sanjay could have not been more helpful and spent considerable time with us making sure we bought exactly what we wanted. Along with the room designer he ensured that the rug and coffee tables we bought could be accommodated in our new property. Brilliant service, I would highly recommend paying a visit to the very large showroom with very helpful staff. We are delighted with the quality of the goods and the delivery chaps were also 1st class.

Behind a very average industrial facade on the North Circular, it's a huge luxury furniture showroom with all the brands you need as a high-end interior designer or a client. I popped in as I needed a large wall mirror for a photoshoot the next day. Sales team helped me with finding exactly what I needed as ex-display. I will be back, thank you!

Was trying to put a 0 stars but can’t do unfortunately. It’s a very overpriced furniture company, you can find the exact same products for 15-25 % less price in plenty of different furniture companies in London. Would suggest to double check somewhere else before you proceed with you purchase

"Awful company "

Awful company, extortion, withholding goods and clear breach of consumer rights.

We are currently in a dispute with this company whereby they had advised us to make full payment in order to be able to release the goods, only to be advised AFTER we had paid for goods that they were charging us more than the total cost of our order in storage fees!!!!!
This company is not transparent and the director forced my partner to take down a previous review he had placed and threatened us with legal action and defamation! Even though it is our honest experience.
He then wanted us to sign a waiver to say we were happy for him to keep our dining table in order to pick up the wardrobes we had paid for.
For clarity - we paid for our goods in full back in January and still do not have them (it’s been 3 months!) and the total sum of our order was around 65k and they are threatening us with charges of £74k!! You couldn’t even make this up even if you tried, it’s almost laughable at how this company operates and the extortion they are happy to commit to customers. And actually they just don’t even care that they are doing this. They have been ignoring our emails and requests to provide evidence of when they advised us of these costs they are claiming.

Naturally this seems like it will have to go down a legal route, which we have tried our best to avoid as all we have wanted is the goods we have paid for. To anyone else ordering from them, be very very very careful! They are happy to sell you the goods, but thereafter there is no customer service, just extortion.
I still can’t get my head around the fact that they are withholding goods that belong to us as they have been paid for in full.
