Set up an appointment for heatpump survey, waited 3 hours having rescheduled my day to meet their appointment confirmation text. Nobody turned up. Spoke to the company they suggested would come and they knew noting of the appointment. Wish I'd have looked here first. Useless waste of time

"Do not use"

Do not use. They recommended a company, Ocean City Windows and Doors, to me to fit a new conservatory roof. They took my deposit and messed me around. I finally got the roof completed which started leaking the first time it heavily rained. The roof was supposed to come with a 20 year warranty but they have refused to come out and fix it. It cost me nearly £4k and I have been completely ripped off!

They made an appointment for me with Fairway Home Improvement Group Ltd on Monday, visit confirmed again yesterday, details made very clear that I needed a quote for one window, just has a call to say they will only quote on no less than two windows. Waste of my time.

Compare companies ( owned by Leads 2 Trade ) arranged for two solar panel companies to visit but failed to confirm that the companies could attend resulting in two no shows. I phoned their number ( 01614 660113 ) after the first no show and was promised a call back but didn't get one. Checked the number above and it is viewed negatively. Wasted my time and that of two companies ( one of which I understand ceased trading.
