I guess my situation is partly my fault for being a nieve investor and trusting the advice of their agents. I was very up front, I wanted gold and silver to use in case the value of the dollar declines dramatically. What was recommended to buy were, Proof graded 1oz gold and Silver coins that aren't going to do me any good due to their lack of liquidity. They included 3 1oz gold bars for liquidity. It's hard to trust anyone it seems. If I had to sell my gold and silver coins, I would loose tens of thousands of dollars.

"BELIEVE ME OR NOT..."

I am giving them 2 stars because they did reach out to me about my order problem. But eventually, after I last spoke to their customer service representative, who said that they would get back to me, but they never did. It's been 2 months now and I have given up on them.
What happened? I ordered a roll of 20 Morgans AU/UNC in May 2024. The roll of 20 Morgans that I received were clearly a variety of grades. From Vg, Fine, Xf, and maybe some AU? I am not a professional coin grader. But I have purchased thousands of Margans over 40 years. And I have never had a complaint about the grade quality until this order. Some of the coins were SIGNIFICANTLY thinner and worn than others. I do not know if this mix up was do to that my order was delayed or do to incompetence, or intentional? After going back and forth with customer service and sending photos of the coins, I told them that I had spent more time than it was worth to keep dealing with this issue. I told them that if they wanted to satisfy me, that they could just send me a couple (2) of AU/UNC or BU Morgans and we would call it even. Although I did not want to spend one more moment on this experience, I thought that I must write a review for others.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed and have decided not to risk purchasing from them again.

Updated July 27, 2024. They did finally get back to me a few days ago. They said that my coins that were clearly of several different grades, some very worn and noticeably thinner, was normal for a roll of Morgan Dollars that were graded as AU/UNC.
Unbelievable and unexceptable! After 45 years of buying and selling coins, thousands of these grade coins, I have never experienced such foolishness. And this is my first complaint in all of these years. And I told them that they could satisfy me and remedy this poor mistakenly graded roll of 20 Morgans by just sending me 2 AU/BU Morgans. But they refused to compensate me anything after messing 3 months on this. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THE UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU!!!
