"Reliable and friendly"

What a stress free move! I originally ordered 4 medium boxes which wasn't enough so ordered 2 more, they managed to merge my orders very quickly. On collection day Jack called an hour in advance to give me notice, and on arrival he was very friendly and helpful with my boxes

I've lived in London for 6+ years and have moved 5x, the best 2 experiences were both using Lovespace.

I had a good experience with Love Space, thanks to Jack, who returned three of my boxes from storage. He was friendly, polite, and kept me well informed throughout the day regarding his progress and expected arrival time. He did a good job. The only downside, which isn't related to Jack, is the very wide delivery window of 7am to 6pm. It would be helpful to have more clarity on the timing earlier, as you only get an approximate arrival window on the day itself. Otherwise, excellent service!

While their storage service in London is decent, their shipping process is an absolute nightmare. My belongings arrived wet, broken, and, unbelievably, were handed over to random people on the street. The lack of professionalism is astounding.

To make matters worse, only two people in the company seem to have any clue how to resolve issues. Everyone else either demands more money or completely ignores you.

Save yourself the stress—this company is unreliable and unprofessional. Do not recommend!

"Doesnt do what it promises. "

Hmmm, so my experiecne is much the same as others here. Decent pickup, a nice driver. But when it comes to retrieving your items they are unable to deliver on time, stopped messaging me back, and were generally very unhelpful. In my case the items are now over a week late, and although they have been collected from the secure storage they are unable to say where the items currently are or whether they are being held securely. Every company has problems, but this is solely a storage company that promises redelivery, if it cannot do this then it shouldn't exist. Avoid.
