"Poor customer service"

The team at Lovespace are clearly inexperienced and incapable of handling return order that involve cross-city return of boxes. Poor communication by customer service and really slow at resolving if any issues arise. They also outsource delivery services rather than delivering it themselves as a company who call itself a delivery company. This complicates the whole process and will have a higher chance of delays as it is not in their control once the boxes left Lovespace’s storage.

Jackir was the person that collected my stuff and he was excellent. He was extremely polite and made my day thousand times easier/better by providing me with labels for my packages that I was struggling to print out. 10/10 service, I’m extremely great full. 🙏🏾

This is my second time using this service (by the box storage). I find it’s quite efficient and easy. They pick up and deliver, and I enjoy the simplicity of it plus the box size options.

Jack was very efficient today and kindly got my boxes from the lobby of my student accom.
