"Terrible storage company! Never again! "

I had a terrible experience with LOVESPACE. After booking and trusting them with my belongings, I encountered multiple unexpected costs that were not made clear during the initial process. Their communication was incredibly poor — I was informed of my pick-up time only the evening before, around 6 PM, and at that point, the office was already closed, leaving me no way to contact them for changes.

This inflexibility caused me significant disruption: I had to change my flight and find last-minute accommodation because they could not offer a solution or even seem to care. I found the entire process rigid, impersonal, and frustrating.

Their response to my feedback gives the impression of concern, but it doesn’t reflect the actual service I received. I’m leaving this review to caution others to read everything very carefully and not to expect any flexibility or understanding if plans shift — even slightly.

There are so many other storage companies out there — I would strongly recommend choosing a different one, as I will do myself next time.

We stored our fridge with LOVESPACE and it came back damaged. Specifically took out the highest insurance in case this would happen and they are refusing to pay out a reasonable amount! We even paid to have it protected and provided before and after photos! Never use this company! They are liars and cheats and take your money!
