I paid for several months of storage over the summer for university, included in this I bought £500 pounds worth of insurance. A box was lost by them either in storage or in collection / delivery. I then spent the next 4 months dealing with several different employees trying to receive compensation for this box with contents worth £430 pounds. Initially I was left waiting for 2 weeks whilst they tried to find this box before it was communicated that it had been lost. Then I was offered £25 pounds compensation. I was unable to get them to send me the terms and conditions of their insurance and so was left unable to claim on this and left feeling extremely frustrated. Communicating that I bought this insurance and did not understand how it could be useless in this situation got me nowhere and I had to continue to email to keep this case open. I was continually told the most I could be offered was £25 even after I completed a detailed claim about the contents of the box. In the end after explaining that I would claim on their insurance I was finally told that I was entitled to £100 pounds on the box, an offer they had not previously told me about. Feeling extremely worn down by the months of fighting to receive compensation on my items I decided to accept this offer out of hopelessness. I will never again store any items with this company, and encourage you to do the same. If you do choose to, forego the insurance, they will entirely ignore it in the event of a lost box.

I had a bad experience with this service. My items were damaged, and the delivery driver arrived two hours late to return my belongings, forcing me to change my schedule. However, when I was only 5-10 minutes late for the pickup of my box for storage, I was charged £50. This feels like a scam.

I was not refunded for my damaged items, even though I saw in other reviews that some people were refunded. This felt unfair to me. I do not recommend sending crockery, as mine arrived completely smashed to pieces. At least someone else received a £50 offer. I tried calling and emailing customer service, but I haven't received any response.

I cannot recommend this service to university students. My items were damaged, and to claim insurance, I found out I only had 48 hours to report the issue before they said, "Sorry, we can't help." I recommend looking for another storage facility instead of using this one. I will not be using them again.
Update
They have contacted me to refund the damaged technology, but not the crockery. I am still waiting for a response. I still feel that the delivery fee should be displayed more clearly, and just in case free up time for return delivery.

Will was very kind and efficient. He collected my boxes with great care and communicated really well with me during the check in and collection. Probably the sweetest delivery person I’ve ever encountered. This is my second time using Lovespace and I will definitely be using their services again. 10/10 would recommend.
