"Confused customer service "
It was fine in the beginning. I have them 3 boxes. Out of the blue, I get an email saying I have a collection arranged (I didn't ask for this). Cancelled it and got charged for a collection I never arranged. Eventually they understood that and have apparently arranged a refund. Not even an apology for their mistake. Next problem. I sent an email asking why one of my boxes is not listed in my account. The first box I sent. Instead of just telling me where my box is, they've arranged the box to be sent back to me. So now I'm expecting to pay for that box to be returned to me and I guess they will expect me to pay for this. Even though I did not officially request for the return. Even though, I just asked, verbatim: 'I have a missing large box from my account. Can you tell me where it is please?' That's it. No 'please return', no 'can I have it back'. I simply asked where it was. I already know I can request it back through my account. I'll be looking at other options as I have read other people's reviews and it looks like bubble wrapped items are still at risk of being broken. Scary.

"The return of our storage boxes from storage…"
The return of our storage boxes from Lovespace was seamless. Jack from Lovespace was very professional and he managed to get all the boxes back to our office single handed. I was very impressed with his efforts job done, which took him 1 hour and he still was very pleasant when he completed the task. Well done Lovespace, Jack is a credit to the company.

"Less than impressive customer service"
The collection of storage boxes itself was fine, but the booking system was confusing, and the company's customer service is poor. When ordering boxes for collection, an additional £30 is added as a default for doing so from anywhere other than the ground floor. There is a box you need to untick that is easy to miss. It will have taken six weeks by the time I finally get this sum returned: initially, Lovespace promised a refund and then tried to turn this into a 'credit' against future payments (without telling me).
An extra payment may make sense, I suppose, for business collections from offices, but Lovespace is quite clearly geared up for residential collections, not businesses. There is certainly no way to download monthly bills from your account so you have to request VAT invoices every month, which is ridiculous when nowadays everything is online.
Overall, dealing with Lovespace's customer service always feels like hard work.

The sales rep Nick did not outlined that I had to pay more to have my goods returned from storage to my property.
It turns out Nick only quoted me for i) packers, ii) transfer of my good to storage, and iii) the monthly storage cost.
Not collection of my goods. This is set at an additional £155-250.
Nick also neglected to advise me that monthly storage rates are NOT pro-rata cost, linked when you remove your goods.
Overall, I feel mislead and deceived by Nick the sales rep, and the online quoting platform.
In responding to my complaint - Zaid has advised me that it is my fault for Trusting his sales rep Nick, and not reading the fine print.

My daughter while in UK had used Lovespace to store 3 boxes hoping to return to the UK later to claim it. Unfortunately she passed away in India a few months back. Since it was our daughters personal items, we were very keen to bring it back home to India and not let it just disappear in some storage in UK. I had little hope of getting it back when we first started the conversation. However Racheal has been very patient and helpful guiding me step by step to arrange for the boxes to be shipped back. The boxes came back home today and I am extremely grateful to the professional help received from Racheal and Lovespace.
