Came in really handy when I needed storage after a fire at My previous home. Customer service has been mostly fantastic.

Will was exceptional. He really made Life so much easier, especially because I’ve got two little ones; You can tell He cares about His job and people. He deserves any commendation He can be given.

Jack came to pick up my boxes. He was perfectly on time. He gave me a 30 mins and a 5 min warning over the phone, So I was perfectly prepared for when he arrived. Much appreciated! Very polite & efficient too. A perfect experience.

Terrible experience!!
I thought I’d pay more to get better service, but that was far from the case.
Besides the lack of availability of slots, on the day of the delivery while transporting my stuff they damaged items from 2 boxes.
They refused to cover the damage or even part of it - instead they were rude and charged me more for the last month that my stuff were already delivered.
Just book self storage - a lot cheaper and you’ll take care of your stuff to not incur any damage.

Update: Lovespace’s response is very untrue. They never contacted me post this reply. They refunded me £20(!) for the items they broke which is a humiliating amount to a customer.

Jack was very nice he gives me two calls in prior (one 30min and another in 5 min before his arrival) so I was given sufficient time to move boxes to the ground floor of my apartment.
