We had a wonderful time and lots of memories to take home. Credit to our excellent guide Mohamed Elshemei who is professional, caring and responsive. He planned well to made sure every member of our family is comfortable and enjoying the trip.

My parents loved listening to his stories with his extensive knowledge of Egyptian history and culture.

Our driver Zayed was so skilful that makes every single ride a pleasant journey for us, even in the crazy traffic of Egypt.

"Good day in Luxor…"

We spent a very pleasant and informative day with Ghada Kamel in Luxor. She is easy to talk to and ensured that we were enjoying ourselves. We also had a great time at Abu Sembel with Nasreen who is very knowledgeable and a good person. Our first day with Ismail in Cairo/Giza was amazing largely because Ismail was so helpful and informative. In Aswan we were with Omar who explained everything as only a true scholar could. We would highly recommend Egypt Portal Tours and Ghada.

"Great tour with Ahmed Elgohary…"

We had a great trip with Ahmed Elgohary today! He took some great photos of our family at the Giza pyramids, guided us through the sights at Sakkara, and set us up with a spectacular camel ride in the dessert. Ahmed was very friendly and shared so much information about Egyptian history along the way! Our driver, Hassan, provided a safe, smooth ride throughout the day. Safety was a big concern as we planned this trip, but we never felt unsafe with Ahmed and Hassan accompanying us. Thank you for an experience we will never forget!

" 2 day package of Luxor"

We booked a 2 day package of Luxor in May. The whole experience was amazing our tour guide Mohammed Hasan picked us up from the airport and organised our tour perfectly. Mohammed was very experienced and gave us some great tips for traveling around Luxor.

The magic continued in Luxor, where we stepped back in time to walk among kings and queens in the Valley of the Kings and Queens. The intricate details of the hieroglyphs at Karnak Temple left us in awe, and our guide’s passion for Egyptology brought these ancient stories to life. Our second Egyptologist, Mr. Mohammed Hasan a.k.a “Mohammed Wings” he will definitely gives you wings by which you can time travel to 4500 BC. He is one of the best Egyptologist for Luxor , highly knowledgeable, you will be mesmerised by his stories and attention to details. I would personally recommend him for Luxor tour.

Our journey took a serene turn in Aswan, where the tranquil waters of the Nile whispered tales of the past. The awe-inspiring Abu Simbel stood as a testament to the greatness of the pharaohs. The colossal statues guarding the temple were a sight to behold, and the intricate carvings within told of a history rich with intrigue and splendor.

Last March we had a tour of Egypt, and met a fabulous guide in Cairo. His comprehensive knowledge and great passion of Egyptian history was excellent. We have learned a lot from him within 9 days. Every day was a new discovery for us. Ismail has not only thought us the history but has showed us the best places to eat.

"Five day tour of the Nile"

Five day tour of Aswan, Luxor and Nile cruise. Our experience would not have been the same without our fantastic tour guide Mahmoud Hassan! We found Mahmoud to be a very knowledgeable tour guide who made our experience fulfilling. He is kind and considerate and we especially appreciated his pleasant and genuine demeanour. As two young women traveling alone, Egypt may some times come off as stressful. Mahmoud was excellent at facilitating so that we could just relax, feel safe and enjoy the experience. He also suggested some additions to our trip that we really enjoyed. We would highly recommend anyone considering going to Egypt to ask for Mahmoud Hassan to be their tour guide.
