"Our 1st trip to Egypt"

It was certainly an experience, our first trip using Egypt Tours premium private package to Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. Egypt Tours had prepared a packed itinerary in their five-star package. Our tour guides were excellent, thanks to Amr(Cairo)and Raamsey (Luxor)), and our drivers Adil and Ahmed. Guide Emad at Aswan was highly enthusiastic, but he asked us to pay tips everywhere we visited which didn't make us too comfortable, although we generously paid tips to all our guides and drivers after the trips.

Our stay at Hotels 'Steigenberger' at Aswan and 'Triumph' at Luxor were outstanding. Truly appreciate you upgrading us on the suite on the last day.

But the absolute disappointment was our stay at Tolip Hotel( Cairo and Aswan) which was totally rundown, had limited facilities and obviously not a 5star as it was mentioned.

The 1st class train travel from Aswan to Luxor was pathetic too. There was a rat in my cabin.
In addition, meals provided by the tour company were in sub par restaurants.


I would advise the excursions to take care of these as a priority. I hope you improve on with your services and 
create even more memorable moments 
going forward.

Luxor tour with Maryan was an easy breeze, smooth and fun. Valley of the kings & Karnak temples are mesmerizing journey through ancient history. The guide's knowledge brought the temple to life, making it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

"Great Experience "

So far we are having a wonderful trip. Rody, our tour guide has been great. He is very knowledgeable about Egypt, history, culture current events, etc. He also knows his way around Cairo and Alexandria. Mohammed, our driver, as been conscientious with his driving. The traffic is crazy but he stays calm as he drives.
The communication has been clear and nothing has been rushed.
Staying at the luxury hotels has been worthwhile.
One thing I want to emphasize…It is safe here. There are very few people visiting now. Anyone who can, should consider booking now!

Yasser Samir Egyptologist made the trip !!! I call him professor. We had a really great trip start to finish. Safe, comfort, good attitudes, good times, great memories. Nile cruise two domestic flights couple days in Cairo. WOW.

Excellent 8 day tour from start to finish. Good value. Highly recommend Egypt Tours Portal. Our group of three felt very safe. The communication from the office was very responsive and clear. Met and assisted at airports. Guides were very good, easy to understand and gave interesting, informative commentary. Special mention to our guide Mohd Elshemei in Cairo who was very attentive to our interests and needs - we especially enjoyed the Elfishawy cafe. Mahmoud Nour in Upper Egypt was excellent and the cultural experiences he provided were beyond expectations. Hotels although 5* were somewhat worn. But breakfasts were good with great variety. Nile Cruise on Esmeralda was most enjoyable, service and food top-class. Our only disappointment was that we missed seeing Luxor and the Karnak Temple which had been on our itinerary until right at the end when it was deleted.

The tour guides were great, Ahmed Refaat and Omar Haridi were both very informative and passionate about their knowledge and teaching us. Great family tour, drivers were great, helpful
