My experience with Oliver was very pleasant. He was very patient with me despite my worries. I had a few ups and downs and he stuck with me through it all, kept me informed and liased with the company on my behalf. The company I was introduced to was great unfortunately it was not what I expected. Not taking anything away from them or Oliver but it just wasn't for me. I now work for TFL customer services, however I will never forget how well I was treated by Sona Resourcing most especially Oliver. Very professional and attentive. If only all agencies where like Sona I think things would be much more pleasant. Great company overall. 5 STARS!
