After searching for a new job and a complete career change for over 4 months, and having terrible experience with recruitment agencies, where one company sent me to the interview, and sent the company the wrong CV!! I had lost all hope... Lukas got in touch with me and put me forward for the perfect job, 15 mins away from me, with the best hours and pay for the level I was at, and within 2 days of speaking to him I had been for an interview and been offered the job. A very professional yet 'down-to-earth' experience dealing with Oliver Jennings at Sona Resourcing. My application on Indeed was followed up within a few days and following great communication on Oliver's part I was interviewed for a middle management position several weeks later leading to an offer within days of meeting his client.

Throughout the process communication was pitched at the correct level, Oliver picking up the phone or utilising email when appropriate, keeping me in the loop throughout, even when there was no concrete news.

Oliver clearly has an in-depth of understanding of managing the interface between both parties he is representing, negotiating terms which were initially out of scope very deftly and to all parties agreement.

Thanks also to the team at Sona, Ben in particular, who ensured that any out of office message were relayed to his colleague in a timely fashion.

I have received excellent service from Ben after finding out a job opportunity had passed me by while I was away visiting family. He was extremely helpful in finding the role to suit me and kept in touch allowing me to know every step of the process, I have now secured a position which I wouldn't have been able to without said help.
