I had applied for a role i was interested in and the next day I had a call from Sona Resourcing (both Beau and Lukas dealt with my application). Throughout the whole process they both kept me updated on my application process and made it clear if i had any hesitation that they were just a call away. Beau found me through a jobsite I'd uploaded my details to. He was polite and avoided being pushy. We arranged a call, had a talk about where I was and what I was looking for and he told me I was a suitable hire for a role he had.

Organised the interview and offered some helpful insight into what they needed. I managed to bag the role, but Beau offered support above and beyond "you've got the role, I've got my commission, leave me alone". He has made himself available after I've started my role for questions and concerns I may have.

Very helpful and friendly recruiter. If I ever find myself recommending a recruiter, it'd be him I recommend.
