I had a fantastic experience with Oliver and Ben at Sona Resourcing.

It started with a call from Ben in December 2018, a follow up call from Oliver and ended with a contract in January 2019. All through the process, they were helpful and supportive.

They are Excellent and I have no reservations. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Sona Resourcing began with a simply phone call with Ben Whiten in December and ended with a contract sent for start of January. I have not dealt with other recruiters in the company but can certainly vouch for Ben!
I could not fault my experience with Ben whatsoever. Ben approached me regarding a role that fit my requirements perfectly, and from the very first phone call I knew that I would I have his support and encouragement throughout the interview process. Despite being out of office work for a while, Ben believed this wouldn't matter and that I'd be successful, which was a great confidence boost at the time. He was always just a phone call away and was there for anything that I needed. Not only did I establish a great connection in the recruitment industry but it also restored my faith that there are genuine, professional and reliable recruiters out there. I don't think I'd of considered finance if it weren't for Ben speaking so highly of his client and he truly sold the role, so I am delighted that he thought it would be a great match and can't thank him enough for making me see the potential too! I absolutely love my new job and everything that comes with it, and without Ben I would not have found it, so I am very thankful and it goes to show the value recruiters can add to your job hunt. The whole process was incredibly smooth thanks to his hard work, I would recommend Ben to anyone looking for recruitment services, I guarantee they won't be disappointed!

Beau got in touch with me when he found my cv and said he was recruiting for a job which he thought Id be perfect for. He then got it all sorted for me.
Beau was in touch every day just to keep me updated through the whole process. Even if he had no new information for me.
When Beau was told they want to offer me the job he called, however, as I was in work I was unable to answer. He left a voicemail like usual and told me that he would be more than happy for me to contact him outside of his work hours just so I didn’t get left in the dark and was given all the details and told I was offered the job.

Sona is a great company and very professional; I was never left worrying as they were in constant contact through the whole process.
I can’t thank Beau and Sona enough, would definitely recommend to others.

I genuinely cannot rate Sona resourcing highly enough, in particular Beau, as despite my not accepting the post I was offered after 2 interviews (due to a career fork in the road for me) Beau remained highly professional throughout the entire process and communication - and fully listened to the difficulties I was experiencing with making the right decision for me, whilst also exploring lots of alternative possibilities.

He has an amazing sense of humour and is a true gem! I have genuinely never met such an engaging and very 'human' recruitment consultant who obviously cares about all parties involved in the process and ensures his customer service is second to none.
