I've been trying to reach my account manager and fulfillment specialist for 2+ months now. No one ever returned my calls or emails.

I strongly advise against working with Andrew C. and The Trademark Company. For months, he has failed to make any meaningful progress on our provisional patent application. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were met with endless excuses and vague reassurances, while weeks stretched into months without action.

This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for timelines has caused significant setbacks for our project. His inability to prioritize and deliver on commitments reflects poorly on his role and the company as a whole.

If you value your time and expect reliability, I recommend looking elsewhere. Trust and efficiency are critical in this field, and unfortunately, The Trademark Company has demonstrated neither.
