"The Trademark Company for them not you"

The Trademark Company failed to correctly file the first time allowing someone else to correctly file before us thereby blocking our trademark that predated the other trademark by years. In responding to the refusal from USPTO The Trademark Company had to be coached in formatting their own templates. The final straw is after that experience The Trademark Company then upsells a NFT patent registration for an annual charge. The ability to execute on the hired task is lacking and expertise questionable.

Working with the USTPO is so stressful but Andrew takes time to explain it to me and I am able to take the next step with The Trademark Company. I usually get 10 offers as soon as my TM is denied but its so easy working with him.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to write a response letter, but it was filled with factual errors and nonsense. When I pointed out the issues, they asked me to specify what I wanted changed. Each revision became more convoluted. Eventually, I was transferred to their operations team, who claimed they couldn't fix the problem because their template system was broken. Instead of resolving their own mistakes, they asked for more money.

After reviewing the Trademark Office's guidelines, I realized the letter they provided didn’t even meet the required standards. Sending it would have been no better than not responding at all. Total waste of time and money. They refused to issue a refund.

I had 3 different dates to complete the trademark process. The first date the website crashed. The second date the associate never appeared for the meeting, and I was able to finally complete the application.

Painful, wouldn’t want to go through this process again with the personnel I was assigned. I’ve processed trademarks through this company prior and had great experiences but this last time I wouldn’t refer them to anyone .
