My mom has be declining but took a big turn after a hospital stay. Needed to find a new place immediately, as she was no longer safe by herself. I called them in the morning and they had tours lined up for me within two hours. Took so much stress off of me in a very stressful time.

From the initial call we were giving multiple recommendations of facilities to tour. We were also contacted by our local representative Kelly who provided additional information on the facilities. Kelly kept in touch throughout our tours and continued to provide information to us helping guide us to the best place for our family.

It's not the company itself, just putting word out there about Provision Living in Fenton. If this place is offered as a place to check out, don't do it. I just ended my employment there and would not suggest this to anyone that loves their family member. Bad news!!!

One of the things that I appreciated in this process was the follow up that happened with each of our facility visits. But most outstanding was the work of Missy Dengler from Juniper Village. Over the top service! Missy was kind, understanding, sympathetic, but most of all accommodating to our needs!

The fellow I spoke to couldn’t/ wouldn’t help me. It’s too expensive. I’m a Senior who gets SSI & a pension. I guess I don’t make enough money.
