I was contacted by A Place for Mom after filling out their online questionnaire and they responded immediately. Because it was late, a representative called me the next day, we chatted for about 30 minutes on what my needs were for my spouse and within 10 minutes I had referrals to places within my travel limits with two of those places already lined up for a tour. I was lucky and the first place on the referral was perfect. When the representative called me to chat about the places referred, I told her I had already selected a place and they cancelled my 2nd tour for me. There were two more follow up calls to make sure everything went smoothly.

I kept getting phone calls and emails even though I explicitly told them I’m not interested. It has been a terrible experience.

If your budget isn’t over $2k a month for them to help you assist in locating a senior living home you get transferred to a voicemail. No help whatever! They need to list that they can only accommodate if your budget is over $2500k a month. A waste of time!

Everyone was so helpful and caring. No question went unanswered, even the ones asked on weekends. Mom is in her new home now and is happy about the move. I wouldn't hesitate a second if we had to do it all again. Top notch facilities and wonderful care!
