Staff contact was prompt. Referrals for both in home and residential placement were sent out swiftly. Services were contacting me within a short period of time making my task more manageable. Staff were supportive confident and empathetic. I benefited greatly from their involvement.

Nilsa Baghdassarian was our APFM advisor and she was very attentive and extremely informative. She introduced us to a couple of facilities that we would not have otherwise considered. She listened to our requirements and goals and we were able to successfully narrow our decision down to 2 places before making our final choice. We worked with Nilsa beginning 12/14/2024 and finalized a place on 12/31/2024.
