We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the team for their quick response, especially to Anna Davies, She has been incredibly understanding of how difficult this experience has been for us and has provided professional advice that made a real difference. Her recommendation to remove the hallway ceiling proved to be completely necessary and helped prevent further damage. Anna has supported us every step of the way, providing all the essential information with repairs. We cannot imagine how challenging this process would have been without her guidance and dedication.The damage to our beloved home has been heartbreaking, but we truly appreciate the support from Anna and the company in helping us restore it. "A shining light!"

GHG were secured via my mother’s home insurance as we (my brother and I) tried to negotiate some very tricky issues, which turned out to be multi-factorial, regarding her house. This made all the more complex by her house being in the Channel Islands whilst we both live, 150 odd miles apart, in the UK.
Thank heavens for James Sharpe and David Guest at GHG! Personable and friendly, both were so easy and prompt to communicate with be it by phone, email or in person, and they did so much of the “leg work” for us, in terms of the insurers and the various building companies. Problems abounded but things got sorted. I have no doubt we’d still be in a rare old mess had it not been for them.

"Loss adjustment for insured flat "

We had a complex situation with 2 claims related to escape of water in a single flat, and a number of challenges relating to the tenant, and the other flat owners. Ultimately, GHG came up with a creative solution that met our needs, which could be executed with the tenant remaining in situ. It has taken nearly a year to resolve. The support we had from Graham as our assigned loss adjuster was excellent

I just wanted to send a note to thank GHG for a first class and most professional service in closing out our flood claim.

It is the first time I have made a claim of this type following the surprise flooding of our property, which was most unexpected and a particularly stressful experience.

From the minute the GHG Loss Adjuster visited site he made me feel at ease with the process ahead, clearly explaining his requirements and how the claim would be handled.

Estimates were sourced for the rectification works and thoroughly reviewed by GHG to ensure all aspects were covered, moving swiftly through to agreeing a sum for the works, leaving us in a position to make good the damage to our home without undue fuss.

"Avoid any insurers who use GHG as their…"

Avoid any insurers who use GHG as their loss adjusters they come out make everything seems like it's all going to flow smoothly then you basically never hear from them, get ignored, lied to, pass the buck between themselves and insurers adjusters come and go like a conveyor belt so you have to start again with a new one, I had 3 loss adjusters over 1 claim was told works would be 4-6 months then they denied saying that, it took nearly 17 months before I could go back home, took 9 months for reinstatement works to even begin, then delays with authorisation on things all the time whilst paying tor me in alternative accommodation whole claim was a complete shambles, constantly needed chasing up, they could really save the insurers money if they actually done what they supposed to in an appropriate timescale, I could write a book on what went on with this company and Hastings each blaming the other, avoid avoid avoid Hastings too as these are their only loss adjusters

Sharon Guy, our loss adjuster, was very friendly, professional and helpful. She always responded promptly to our queries and organised the different companies to do the work. Every company that came out to the bungalow was friendly, professional and efficient. We were very happy with all the work done by GHG Solutions and they companies they used. (The only exception was the relocation company who didn’t communicate very well).
