"Cleaner refused to do any cleaning!"
NEVER BOOK WITH MOPP!!! I booked a cleaner through mopp for my 87 year old father. The cleaner arrived late then left within 5 minutes saying she will come back later. An hour later I called to find out when she would be coming back only to be told that she 'didn't feel comfortable' and wouldn't be coming back at all. The cleaners english was very poor and her attitude was disgusting. Mopp do not have a customer service number which you can call. Clearly this is a well funded company who invests more in marketing that actually finding and vetting professional cleaners. Disappointed is an understatement.

NEVER use this company. We had a problem with a cleaner so I got in touch for this 'compensation/money-back guarantee' if you're not happy. Five emails later - still no reply, and their phone line is out of service. Once they've got your money they're gone

"beware !!!"
This company has sent me a mixed bag of cleaners, I no longer use them as I had so many problems. Several of the cleaners they sent, spoke such poor English that it was impossible to communicate and I had to repeat several times basic instructions with them.
The final straw was a cleaner they sent who just either didn't listen, or just couldn't understand what I needed her to do.
I had to ask her to leave after 20 minutes as it was pointless and actually quite upsetting to have someone in who just was not doing what i asked.
I rang Mopp and explained I did not want her back I was told they were very sorry and the cleaning manager would follow it up. The next week, they actually sent the same girl back, i couldn't beleive it when i opened they door. it was incredibly awkward and i told her there had been a mistake. She then insisted that she should come in and call Mopp and she had to do the job. I had to slam the door on her to stop her coming in.
No apology from Mopp! And be very careful. They charge you BEFORE they send the cleaner and RATHER THAN REFUND, THEY CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT, AND ARE NOT TRANSPARENT ABOUT IT. I am sure it is not legal for them to behave like this.
My experience is they will send anyone, they do not vet the cleaners properly and they do not care if you have a problem. BEWARE!!

Another cleaner 40 minutes late. Another refund I will have to chase up. They have removed any easy to find telephone number from the internet so all frustration has to be shared slowly by email back and forth. You're bosses should be ashamed they run a company as thieving and primitive as yours.

We have had nothing but trouble with this company lately.
The cleaners themselves are brilliant and very friendly, and we usually have the same girl who comes to us. It is the company we have a problem with.
The online customer platform and interface is totally rubbish, there are no phone numbers to ring for help, I had to go through TWITTER to even coax an email address from them!
And it is not just the customers who have problems: three of Mopp's cleaners I've spoken to (including our regular girl), have said they also have major problems with communication, double bookings and zero help from the company. Mopp/Handy get their bookings wrong, and then charge the cleaners a fee claiming it is their fault! Absolutely disgraceful. I've had enough.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You do NOT need this level of hassle in your life.

We were assigned a different cleaner every time, some were good others were just terrible, its impossible to contact the company, I used their online messaging system to complain on several occasions and was ignored everytime.

Very quick to take your money, then make it virtually impossible to unsubscribe. No phone numbers to contact them. No email address. No "contact us" form. Really awful.

They reschedule the cleanings quite often, and hardly ever they do a good job. You cannot manage anything from their website, not even cancel your account or change the cleaning frequency!!
