They were patient with all my questions, and delivered exactly what and when they said they would. The delivery driver was friendly and very helpful - unloading the pallet and putting it exactly where we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them for overseas shipping.

Overcharged us and no updates/service once the package "left" our house.
They charged us almost 3 times for half a container what a full container cost just 3 weeks later. Which we didn't know at the time.
Terrible communication from the point the shipment left our house. None?
$3,000 charge to get the goods released from customs in a third party country that had nothing to do with where we wanted the goods to be shipped.
Felt extremely taken advantage of and felt like some person went out of her way to be unfriendly.
