"The experience was good"

The experience was good. But, being picked up at the port on our way home. That was a different story. People can be so rude and cut you off when you’re disabled. We waited an hour and a half before the courtesy van showed up.

"Horrible experience!"

Horrible experience!
Very confusing on where to check in and where to park the car. Hardly any spots left. When confirming our reservation, times were 7:30-2:30. Once we checked in, we were handed a paper stating pick up times from the cruise terminal were until 11:00 AM. We were not able to disembark our cruise ship until 11:30. THEREFORE, we had to get to the garage by cab costing us an extra $30.00. We tried to contact WePark InMiami several times. However, their mailbox was full and no-one ever answered the phone. Never again!!!!

"Beware if you have a problem "

I’ve used Weparkinmiami several times in the past and haven’t had any problems until now. I reserved parking for April and didn’t receive an email confirmation. I tried calling the number on the website which was NEVER answered and the mailbox was always full so I couldn’t leave a message. I’ve tried emailing them as well, with the same result….NO response. Ive been trying for 4 days now. I’ve paid for my upcoming parking and need a confirmation so I can enter the ramp. Evidently no one is available if you have a problem. SOL is how they’ve left me feeling. Hopefully this review will inspire someone to contact me.

"Need more Shuttles!"

We arrived Saturday March 16, 2024, with what we thoight was plenty of time to get onboard for our 1:30 scheduled arrival aboard Carnival Horizon. However, there was a very long line just to check in for the shuttle once we parked.
There were only 3 shuttles running to the cruise ships!
There were so many people waiting for a ride.
We ended up waiting over 2 hours for our ride, our shuttle was full and there were people who had waited 3 hours and probably longer! The wait was standing in line, in a hot garage without any air circulation nor any water for hydration!
Because of the long wait, we arrived too late to check our baggage and had to carry ALL of our bags on board.
They should have more shuttles running as they know how many cruise and what time they leave.

"Damage from dripping white goo landing…"

Damage from dripping white goo landing on the hood of my new black Nissan Pathfinder. No one ever got back to me. Estimated damage is $520.00. I wrote numerous times, and tried calling numerous times. irresponsible company dodging the bullet. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"DO NOT PARK HERE"

Arrived at the garage 10:30 to go on a cruise at the port of Miami which is 1 mile away. My check in time for the cruise was 12:00 so i thought i gave myself enough time. Upon arrival I park on level 9 as instructed and meet with the parking attendant to give my Tag number on level 8. Well there was 5 lines of people each going to a different cruise ship, fine. I get in line for my ship and waited over 1.5 hours in a hot, dark, no air circulating corner of the garage. I don't speak Spanish but the 2 attendants were definitely not happy with each other yelling back and forth. Another review stated about the metal coming out of the seat, well i must have had that back seat because i almost sat on it. Also waited an hour with not getting picked up after the cruise so we ended up paying a taxi $30 to get us to the garage. Pay the extra $ and park at the Terminal if you are cruising!!

"Only 1 star because the tires was still on the car!"

If I could give it a zero star rating I would! Long check in line with only one person. Return from
Port waited over an hour no answer calls or texts. Had to take a cab ride back and when we got there nobody seemed to care

"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Phone#always goes to voicemail which box is full. Text and emails are not answered. Arrived to parking area on 650 NE 2ave and there were 50 people on line waiting to be checked in by ONE person so they could be transported to the cruise lines.
Upon arrival to the port we waited over 45 mins for a pickup without success and since the phones are never answered we ended up taking a taxi. When I mentioned my frustration upon arrival to the parking garage nobody seemed to care. Not worth at all a single cent. Not even worth a star.

"Not enough drivers working"

Not enough drivers working. Waited over 45 min for pick up do to one driver. Van was unsafe. Brakes were grinding. Numerous passengers were cut by exposed metal from seatbelt mechanism.
