"First the location is wrong & delayed in pickup"

First the location is wrong, we went to 888 NE 2nd Ave and it was really located in 650 NE 2nd Ave. We were almost late for the boat. Then when we came back from the vacation, it took the driver over 1 hour to pick us all up and we were a huge group waiting outside in the heat. I will not use this parking nor refer them to anyone.

"I wish I could give zero stars"

I wish I could give zero stars. The shuttle service is awful. Waited an hour for the shuttle to the ship after the vans kept taking passengers from other ships and leaving our line full.
The way back was worse. After waiting for an hour and a half we had to grab a taxi (it was also hard to get an Uber). They stopped picking up from the port even though the shuttle that was full saw that there was still a full line of people still waiting when it left. Everyone in line tried calling and no one answered. They also state they don’t pick up after 11 am, so at 10:30 we had to find other options.
Highly suggest Premier or SafeWay. Those were the vans that kept coming around and around. Plus you won’t have to spend the extra money getting a taxi or Uber.

"Worst Service all around"

We use them and the Arrival day the drivers and staff were so unprofessional. They were areguing and complaining about the guests. On embark day they never picked us up. We got there the van was full he said he would be back in 5 min. 2 hours later we took a Lyft. Yes the city had a lot going on that day, BUT Premier Shuttle was able to keep coming back to pick up their guests. They do not answer the phone and have not responded to my concerns. So Use Premier Shuttle instead premiercruiseparking.com

"Their advertisement said it was Valay…"

Their advertisement said it was Valay parking. It was not. The attendant that gave us the parking ticket said to park on level 6 but unloading your luggage was on level 7 before you parked. He gave no such instructions. The address of the garage sent in the reservation email was 850 2nd Ave and the garage is not at that address. The drivers of the vans took 20 minutes to figure out which van to put us in to take us to the port. They got into an argument over who was going to which terminal. The pickup was much better.

"It was so simple"

It was so simple. We drove up and presented the reservation and QR code, parked and proceeded to the van pickup area. The van arrived quickly and dropped us off in less than 10 minutes at the port. Someone from the ship was waiting at the drop point to take the tagged luggage onboard. Upon coming back the van was waiting right where he dropped us off. It was such an easy process and the price was perfect. We will definitely use them again

"Will try to NOT USE this WeparkinMiami…"

Will try to NOT USE this WeparkinMiami parking service again. Long, slow check in process at parking garage. Long wait at parking garage for a shuttle which caused us to miss our scheduled check in time with our cruise. Upon disembarking the cruise, we stood waiting for an hour with NO SHUTTLE. Not the fault or responsibility of WeparkinMiami, but no taxis available either. So, we pulled three big suitcases and some smaller luggage two and one-half miles (yes, 2.5 miles) which includes up a bridge, full sun and very warm. It was exhausting. Twice the next day I called WeparkinMiami's phone number listed on their website with no answer and their voicemail was full. Terrible ending to my retirement celebration cruise.

"There were 7 ships in Miami port on a…"

There were 7 ships in Miami port on a Sunday. You were trying to provide service to 6 ships. You had chaos in the parking decks. People were not being told what they needed to do. This included checking in before getting in line for bus shuttle. The gentleman typing the individual into the computer typed sooo slowly. There might have been 4 drivers to shuttle to 6 ships. We waited over 80 minutes before getting on a shuttle. People next to us had waited 90 minutes. There was increased frustration and a sense of panic developing in the crowd waiting for the shuttle. Terrible feeling standing there not knowing what is supposed to be happening and fearing that you were going to miss your ship. Again there was no one informing all these elderly as well as younger folks of the process. The return from the ship was equally bad—just a lot less people as there were only 2-3 ships in port. However the driver did not speak English and there were 2 elderly couples that would likely have missed the shuttle if I had not been there to direct them to the shuttle. This was a very terrible experience and I’ll never use you again. Much better to pay full price and reduce the stress involved with my experience.
