"The "worst shuttle service"."

The "worst shuttle service".

We watched 2 drivers pass several of us --at least 2 times (as both drivers circled the port on the outer left lane). They had no passengers in the vans. We were waving our yellow papers at them and 1 hour and 15 minutes late my aunt walked out into all the traffic, stopped the traffic to direct the van to the right side -- where more than 20 people were waiting to be picked up.
If your pick up location is F4, on the right-- why would you continue to drive on the far left lane, in traffic? No apologies -- the employee waved his hand -- waving us off and barely spoke English.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

This company is awful. We had a decent experience getting to the shuttle but when we returned from the cruise, we called them multiple times (four times) for pickup and were told that they were running only one shuttle. I stopped the shuttle driver once and the shuttle was full and he says “calm down, 20 minutes”. We waiting over 90 minutes; shuttle came by 4 times and never stopped. We ended up having to spend $20 for an Uber to take us back to the parking garage because this company doesn’t care about its customers. This was our first and only experience we had with them and I would advise everyone to NOT USE them. It was extremely frustrating. The terminal worker said to use Premier and they were running multiple shuttles and have much better service.

"I never received a email confirmation…"

I never received a email confirmation even after I sent a email but had payment confirmation which I was given a hard time at first but was able to use the service. The wait to get to the Port was a bit long but I was patient. When arriving back to the Port of Miami and waiting over an hour, almost two I had to book a Lyft to get to my vehicle. The yellow paper that was given had a number on it to call after waiting 30 minutes and not seeing a shuttle. I called that number probably over 10 times no one ever answered. The paper also stated the shuttle starts at 7:30 and runs every 30-45 minutes after over an hour almost 2 hours not one shuttle passed to pick up any customers. It’s one thing for a shuttle to come and it was full and couldn’t transport everyone waiting but to not have a shuttle show up at all is very inconvenient. We paid for this service to guarantee transportation to and from the port and were very disappointed by the service given and lack of apology as well.

"No valet parking, long wait for pick-up"

No valet parking, had to drive around to different levels to park. Waited for an hour for the shuttle pickup, fortunately it was a perfect weather day. Will pay the rate and park at the port next time.

"Your location is very difficult to…"

Your location is very difficult to find. We ended up going around 3 times before we found your entrance. The sign is way too small. The address on your website is not the location of the garage. GPS takes you to another location. When we arrived in port the phone number on the sheet provided by driver was out of service. Very poor experience. We’ll pay extra next time and park across from our terminal

NEVER EVER AGAIN

"Unreliable"

1. Not enough vans for number of customers that need transporting to the port - an hour wait.
2. Upon return from cruise, there was no pick up/tranportation provided back to the garage.
3. No answer on the phone when calling about pickup.
4. After waiting over and hour and a half, had to pay $30 for uber ride to the garage.
5. No customer service process for reporting or resolving problems.
