"Mistake"

This only gets two stars because my car stayed safe and was inside an actual garage and the price was decent. However, service staff is rude and we waited over an hour for our pick up shuttle before finally just calling an Uber and eating the $25. When we tried to call them the number was out of service.

For pick up you are given a yellow sheet of paper with vague instructions. You’re told to wave down a driver as they drive by. We tried but no one ever came by us. This group is unorganized.

Not to mention the fine print says that they will transport a max of 4 per party. Which many people didn’t seem to know. Luckily I’m a party of two.

Finally the vans they use are not disability or medical plus size friendly and they really don’t care. They were down right rude to this elderly couple while we were waiting in line to get on a shuttle.

Overall if you don’t care about service great choice.

"Waited 3 hours to be picked up after a cruise"

Parking was easy we had an attendant to assist us. I provided my confirmation and was told to wait for the shuttle. There was confusion on the lines and the ships but nothing major. Upon my return it was complete chaos. Unfortunately I waited 3 hours to be picked up just to go 10 minutes to my vehicle. There were only 2 shuttles picking up for your parking deck and I had to wave a paper to flag the shuttle down. Everyone had been picked up and my family and I were still waiting 3 hours later. I was told the shuttle company is complimentary. Really consider a different option for pick up. If you search your business on Yelp you have several compliants concerning the same issue. I will not be utilizing your company again it’s just not worth the wait.

"Substandard customer service"

Substandard customer service. Absolutely no return communication in spite of multiple telephone calls which went straight to voice mail to a mailbox full and unable to leave messages, but given the option of entering my own number for return calls. No return calls. No response to repeated emails and no response to questions via email and via “contact us” section of web site. They DID however, collect payment without any problems. We had better things to worry about during our cruise than whether our vehicle would be there when we returned…

"Driver Manuel made my trip worth it"

Driver Manuel made my trip worth it. He was very kind and patient with my family and I. He was very informative. He dropped us off at the cruise and was ready to pick us up when we got out of the cruise.

"Unorganized pick up from Terminal"

Pick up from the terminal was very unorganized. Passengers should know exactly where to go and in what order they are in to reduce stress and potential arguments. We waited with several passengers for almost an hour unsure when we would our van would arrive and then watched other passengers walk up to try to jump ahead of us. (Recommend using an app that provides us a pick up sequence number)

"NON-EXISTENT customer service !!"

Absolutely NON-EXISTENT customer service. I had a problem with their website making a reservation and got double charged. Tried to use their 'handy' ChatBox, and it is unattended! I immediately when this happened, and NEVER got a response, tried calling them (their voice mailbox is full and not accepting messages). Confirming a reservation and resolving is a nightmare. Use this website AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

"The ramp was fine - SHUTTLE NOT"

The ramp was fine - it’s the shuttle that is a joke. Arrived at 11:00 am on November 26th. Must have been 200 people waiting in the ramp for a shuttle to show up. When they finally arrived a little after noon, there were three vans to shuttle all these people. We waited an hour after they took their first load - at that rate with three vans, we would have had to wait at least two more hours. We walked. Two miles. With all our luggage.

When we returned to Miami on December 3, I had no confidence of ever seeing one of their vans. It was 7:30 when we got to their meeting spot. Waited 20 minutes, no van. We walked back to the ramp from the port. With all our luggage. Never again. You suck.
