My wife and I have planned three vacations with Discovering Ireland and we have had excellent experiences each time. We have been to Ireland twice and Scotland once. Each vacation we worked with Discovering Ireland to have the best experience and we have not been disappointed. We planned our vacation with Maria and she was exceptional. My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary in Ireland. Discovering Ireland did an awesome job setting up the perfect vacation. Marie Lieb did a great job planning out a great trip. The rental car, hotels and b&b were prearranged so we just showed up at each destination knowing everything was taken care of. Maria included a 30 page travel guide that suggested routes, restaurants, sightseeing options etc to guide us through our 8 day trip. I highly recommend this company to take care of all of your needs in planning a great trip.

What a great way for a first trip to Ireland. They did a great job of giving us a different type of hotel or B&B every night and we loved going to so many different cities during our vacation. We absolutely loved driving to amazing destinations filled with beauty, history and great food and people.

We booked an 8 day self drive vacation to the west side of Ireland. Maria Lieb did an excellent job arranging everything for our trip. From the time we picked up rental car, checked in to the various accommodations along the way, everything went smoothly. We visited Kinsale, Killarney, Galway area, and Doolin. Having a car and driving ourselves was perfect, if something looked interesting along the way, we'd just stop and explore. I would highly recommend discovering Ireland and Maria for setting up the perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation! Took the 7 night rail tour since we didn't have a lot of time on the island. The itinerary was great & it allowed for us to have a carefree, fun vacation! We wil definitely be going back to the Emerald Island!! Everything was provided & reserved for us. Our trip to Ireland was amazing!! The accommodations that were booked for us were all very nice, especially the B&B in Doolin (ocean view!!). The hosts were super helpful with what to see and do in the surrounding areas. Maria was instrumental in guiding us in making the most of our time. We plan on going back for even more adventures and look forward to talking with Maria again!!

We had a fantastic trip and I thank you for your assistance on our first trip to Ireland! The Discovering Ireland travel advisor took a lot of the work out of booking this vacation and met all expectations. We covered a lot of ground from Dulbin to Kilkenny, Tralee, Ring of Kerry, Kilarny Park, Dingle peninsula, Galway, Conamara Park, and back to Dublin. Spending a couple nights in Dublin was a smart choice and I thank you for that advice! And thank you for the Hop On-Hop Off bus passes – we used them a lot. I highly recommend Balyseeds Castle Hotel in Tralee – a truly luxury hotel and fine dining experience – Christine felt like a Queen for a couple of days there. The Irish people were refreshingly friendly everywhere we went.

"Amazing Honeymoon!"

Had an AMAZING experience through Discovering Ireland! We began preparing for our honeymoon trip in 2020 and actually had to postpone, which was not an issue at all with the company.

Maria has been our advisor all two years of planning, and she has been wonderful. She would respond within a few hours of receiving our emails, and she was always helpful and kind. We also had a few hiccups when planning the trip due to COVID, and our advisor helped us without hesitation.

The trip itself was amazing. We chose the 8 night castle tour of Ireland (silver tour). The hotels were gorgeous. Many of the hotels were in castles, or attached to a castle. The rooms were also very nice. Our advisor also told the hotels we were there for our honeymoon, and many places left us welcome gifts.

We did a self-guided driving tour. The itinerary they created was in-depth and had of course had great sights to see.

They truly helped us have the honeymoon of our dreams and we fully intend on using them again next time we visit!
