Used to be excellent but my latest experience was awful. I think they may have changed delivery companies.

I will never use this firm again

‘Response to Whitehorse Reply”

Their response fails to mention that they told me the initial delivery would be dropped off at the end of the day, waited until 19:00 but it didn’t arrive. When I contacted them again they said they would email me a new date - they did not. I came home the next day to find it had been dropped on my drive so hard that the bottom of the pallet collapsed so it all had to be manually unloaded as the logs at the bottom were on the drive. I am in my mid sixties and awaiting ankle replacement surgery.

When I couldn’t find the Firelighters and pointed out a huge hole in the middle of the stack (photos provided) they told me they had obviously been stolen from my drive and that I was responsible as I had agreed to the delivery - this was not true. Nothing had been stolen, there was one box that had fallen into the middle of the stack and the logs had collapsed to the floor leaving the gap in the stack. They did not send 2 boxes mas ordered.

I could go on, but why bother? I have nothing to gain from writing this review. I will never use them again.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
